info pulstar and sengoku 2001

hi friends! I'm gonna buy these 2 aes games japan(I've already the sengoku 3 Euro version) and I wanted to know your opinion on the actual prices

for me the value of pulstar is 700 and sengoku 2001 700 is correct?

I was thinking maybe a little lower, if you're buying both games from the same person, you might have it for 1000 euros max. Maybe prices have increased lately, i don't know exactly, but sengoku 2001 is about 500 euros and Pulstar was solding on eBay last year for less than 600 euros. Then it depends on their condition, but 700 each seems a little overpriced.
